QA Section/ Departmental Manager

Skills & experiences requirement:

1. Graduate in Engineering / Science with 5 years experience in Quality Assurance

2. Experience in Mechanical / Electrical /Software/Mechatronics(Low Volume/High Mix – Equipment Build )

3. CQE certification will be preferred (not essential)

4. Non Graduate with 10 years hands on experience in Quality Assurance

5. Deep Knowledge Quality Management Systems such as ISO – 9001/14001/IATF or similar .

6. Experience in setting up Supplier Quality System to qualify / manage and disqualify suppliers as well as supplier consolidation/optimization activities.

Descriptions of job duties:

1. Product Quality Management including incoming /in process and outgoing

2. Problem Solving and Decision making using quality tools such as CAPA,8D,Lean-Sigma,PDCA ,etc .

3. Managing Customer Complaints and conducting meetings as required

4. Driving Quality System Implementation Systematically to create Built in Quality Culture in the organization

5. Conduct Buyoff’s at Outgoing to ensure that quality acceptance at customer is at 100%

6. Conduct Internal Quality Audit and inculcate a culture of continuous improvement in system and structure as well as work method that drives towards 0 defect mentality .

7. Create “ Commonality program” with R+D and Design team to optimize material selection as well as cost savings programs with reduced SKU and cost savings

8. Create Cost of Poor Quality tracker in collaboration with finance team to sensure improvements are targeted at the right area’s .

9. Track all CI projects in the company and create a dashboard for easy view for all levels .

10. To ensure the 2 values of “ Customer Concentricity” and quality culture gets embedded in TT Vision in the next 2 years .

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
