Business Development Intern

This role is perfect for individuals with a passion for maintaining and enhancing client relationships within the office technology solutions sector. You will be the key point of contact for our existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction and understanding their ongoing needs.

Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary point of contact for existing clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Proactively engage with clients to understand their ongoing needs and requirements.
• Provide product knowledge and information to clients, addressing inquiries and concerns.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and resolution of client issues.
• Upsell and cross-sell additional products or services based on client needs.
• Prepare and deliver regular status updates and reports to clients.
• Utilize CRM software to manage and document client interactions.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in maintaining and cultivating client relationships is a bonus.
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Knowledge of office hardware, including laptops, printers, computers, etc.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Working Arrangements:

• Fully in-office with flexibility to work from home in a case-to-case basis.
• Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm.

Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 5 months

Pay: RM800.00 - RM1,000.00 per month
