Sales Executive (Key Account Executive)

Job Responsibilities:

• Developing and sustaining solid relationships with key clients that bring in the most income for the company.
• Addressing and resolving key clients’ complaints.
• Acting as the main point of contact between key clients and internal teams.
• Support the key account teams assigned to each key client.
• Communicating and collaborating with the Sales, Creative, Marketing, Operation, and Warehouse departments to ensure that key clients’ needs are met.
• Compiling reports on account progress, goals, and reports for account teams and management.
• Developing a thorough understanding of key clients' needs and requirements and preparing customised solutions.
• Follow up on orders, fulfil them, and return them to key clients. Communicate with them to adhere to established deadlines.

Job Requirements:

• Min. 1 year of sales experience
• At least the certificate or diploma equivalent
• Possess own transportation
• Organised and have a good sense of time management
• Easy-going, relaxed, and flexible
• Able to multitask, be proactive, and be meticulous
• Good command of English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Location: Kota Damansara, Petaling Jaya

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month

• Fixed shift
