Job Responsibilities:
- Developing and sustaining solid relationships with key clients that bring in the most income for the company.
- Addressing and resolving key clients’ complaints.
- Acting as the main point of contact between key clients and internal teams.
- Support the key account teams assigned to each key client.
- Communicating and collaborating with the Sales, Creative, Marketing, Operation, and Warehouse departments to ensure that key clients’ needs are met.
- Compiling reports on account progress, goals, and reports for account teams and management.
- Developing a thorough understanding of key clients' needs and requirements and preparing customised solutions.
- Follow up on orders, fulfil them, and return them to key clients. Communicate with them to adhere to established deadlines.
Job Requirements:
- Min. 1 year of sales experience
- At least the certificate or diploma equivalent
- Possess own transportation
- Organised and have a good sense of time management
- Easy-going, relaxed, and flexible
- Able to multitask, be proactive, and be meticulous
- Good command of English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Location: Kota Damansara, Petaling Jaya

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
