  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Main Responsibility: -

Overall responsible for all quality functions including develop, implement and manage all operations in Quality Management System, Customer complaint, Defect Analysis and Warranty claim to achieve highest customer satisfaction by ensuring products is fit for purpose, consistent and meets both internal and external requirements.

Liaise with other managers and staff throughout the company to ensure that the quality system is functioning properly, lead the quality improvement and provides training, tools and techniques to enable others to achieve quality.

Job Description: -

· Develop, implement and manage the QD team to perform the required task in order and efficient way.

· Chair meeting with others department, suppliers and/or all other functions managers for both new and existing program to address all the quality related matters.

· Spearhead in customer complaint management, promote continuous improvement and drive for customer satisfaction.

· Represent company to the suppliers and customers on quality related issues.

· Assist to establish, implement and review the Quality Management System to ensure all the documentations and procedures are comply with ISO9001, IATF 16949 and ISO14001 requirements.

· To perform all assignments given by Chief Operating Officer.

Requirement(s):-

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in any engineering field or equivalent.
  • At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Manager specialized in Quality Control/Assurance or equivalent.
  • Computer literate such as Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word & Power Point.
  • Independent, self-motivated, possess leadership quality, result oriented and good interpersonal skill.
  • Have a knowledge of Lean Production System (LPS).

· Willing to work at Teluk Gong Pelabuhan Klang.

· Willing to outstation when required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM7,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
