As we continue to expand, we are looking for a Junior Coordinator (Operations) to join us on our journey!

What You Will Be Doing

Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operations.
Assist in the input of sales orders from clients into order reports.
Assist in coordinating orders from clients.
Assist in stock tracking and updating stock reports.
Assist in SOP updating and creation.
Assist in report generation (daily, weekly, and monthly reports).
Works closely with the sales and operations department.
Other ad hoc tasks relating to the role.

What We Are Looking For

Proven experience as an Admin, Admin Assistant, or Operations (minimum 6 months).
Proficiency in MS Office (specifically MS Excel).
Minimum of Diploma in any discipline.
Excellent English proficiency – spoken and written.
Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communications skills
