JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Candidate must possess at least Primary/Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level in Food & Beverage Services Management or equivalent.
  • Min Experience: 1 year working in the kitchen assisting chefs in basic veg preps and/or plating responsibilities.
  • Understand kitchen orders and works efficiently with team members
  • A good knowledge of kitchen hygiene and safety procedures
  • Able to work under pressure and a team player in the performance of cooking procedures
  • Ability to communicate effectively with team member and Chef
  • No experience are welcome to apply

  • Understand kitchen orders and works efficiently with team members
  • Responsible for food preparation
  • Communicate effectively with team member and Chef
  • Report any maintenance issues to Chef on duty promptly to avoid interruption of kitchen operation
