Our client is an International Freight Forwarding MNC, located in Section 19, Petaling Jaya. Currently seeking talent for their business expansion.
- Address customer inquiries and manage expectations in coordination with the Commercial and Customer Service Manager.
- Troubleshoot daily operational issues and escalate customer complaints as necessary.
- Ensure timely and error-free processing of customer instructions, such as warranting and warehouse receipt.
- Prepare Work Order Instructions and follow up until completion.
- Escalate claims or disputes to appropriate managers.
- Assist with ad-hoc reporting tasks and monitor work order progress, keeping customers informed.
- Ensure parcels for warranting comply with regulations, liaising with Operations and Exchange Compliance Manager.
- Update logistics system and provide regular inventory reports to customers and banks.
- Ensure accuracy of reports before sending to external parties.
- Timely and accurate billing to customers, including job costing in ERP.
- Engage with customers to ensure timely payments and minimize overdue payments.
- Inform customers of additional charges and clarify invoices for accurate payment processing.
- Maintain accurate documentation and filing, updating job information as needed.
- Undertake any other tasks or assignments as required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
