Job Responsibilities:
- Direct and oversee all accounting operations, including budgeting, financial forecasting, and reporting
- Manage the accounting team, providing leadership, training, and mentorship
- Develop and maintain robust internal controls and financial management systems
- Prepare and analyze comprehensive financial reports for senior management and stakeholders
- Lead the annual budgeting and planning process
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal financial regulations
- Coordinate and lead external audits
- Optimize cash flow management and treasury functions
- Collaborate with department heads to improve financial performance and efficiency
- Implement cost-saving measures and identify revenue enhancement opportunities
- Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll processes
- Manage relationships with banks, auditors, and financial advisors
Job Requirement:
- At least Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
- Extensive experience in the hospitality industry preferred
- Proficiency in advanced accounting software and financial management systems
- Strong understanding of hospitality industry financial practices and trends
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
