Job Summary:
The Admin Executive will handle a variety of administrative tasks to support daily operations, including office management, HR assistance, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage office supplies, emails, calls, and documents.
  • Assist with HR tasks like attendance, leave records, and onboarding.
  • Handle basic bookkeeping, invoices, and expense reports.
  • Address customer inquiries and coordinate with suppliers.
  • Organize meetings, company events, and appointments.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Support ad-hoc tasks as needed.

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Business Admin or related field.
  • Proven experience in an administrative role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
  • Experience in the bakery or food industry is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
