Job Summary:
The Admin Executive will handle a variety of administrative tasks to support daily operations, including office management, HR assistance, and customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage office supplies, emails, calls, and documents.
- Assist with HR tasks like attendance, leave records, and onboarding.
- Handle basic bookkeeping, invoices, and expense reports.
- Address customer inquiries and coordinate with suppliers.
- Organize meetings, company events, and appointments.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Support ad-hoc tasks as needed.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Business Admin or related field.
- Proven experience in an administrative role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
- Experience in the bakery or food industry is a plus.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
