Responsible for the facility equipment/ systems/ activities related to steam and gas for our manufacturing facility.
Ensure overall safety on boiler and boiler man.
Ensure legal compliance on steam facilities and activities per DOSH (JKKP) and audit requirements.
Able to troubleshoot and provide engineering support and solutions on operations, and preventive maintenance for steam-related facilities.
Ensure the high-pressure steam boiler is operating and running in good condition.
Keep an accurate and complete boiler operation record in the log book.
Ensure pressure and temperature are within the requirements set by the Line operations.
Conduct visual checks of ignition, piping, electrical system, and other necessary checks for abnormal conditions.
Conduct softener cleaning operations duty when necessary.
Conduct cooling tower water level monitoring and control with chemical treatment
Ensure safety and health procedures are complied with at all times.
To perform any other task assigned by the superior.
