As an Outbound Inside Sales Representative at AZEO, you will play a key role in generating new business opportunities and driving revenue growth by reaching out to potential clients. Your main responsibility will be to actively contact prospects, qualify leads, and set up meetings or demonstrations for the Sales Team. This role is perfect for a motivated and results-driven individual with excellent communication skills who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls to identify and qualify potential clients for AZEO’s corporate training solutions.
  • Research and identify potential leads using available resources such as online databases, social media, and industry networks.
  • Engage in meaningful conversations with prospects to understand their needs and position AZEO’s services effectively.
  • Schedule meetings or product demonstrations with qualified leads for the Sales Team.
  • Maintain accurate records of all lead generation activities.
  • Collaborate with the Sales Team to develop and refine sales strategies.
  • Achieve or exceed monthly lead generation and sales targets.
  • Provide feedback to the marketing and product teams regarding customer needs and trends.
  • Follow up with prospects who have shown interest but have not yet committed.

Qualifications:

  • Fresh graduates or candidates with 1-2 years of experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably in B2B or corporate training industries.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is a plus).
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a customer-centric attitude.
  • Highly motivated and results-oriented, with a desire to meet and exceed sales goals.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience using CRM software is a plus.
