To ensure management of Inspector Of Work (IOW) portion of the projects acquired to be delivered on time and budget.

You will play an important role to:

Responsible as Consultant's Inspector of Work at project sites to execute, coordinate and monitor the quality of the site construction works of TNB substation (switchyard/building)(Client: TNB)
To assist the project team of engineers/project managers in the implementation, monitoring, and control of the quality of the project.
To monitor closely and take prompt action on drawing/documents discrepancies and liaise with the project team/consultant to resolve all arising technical issues
To monitor and control the quality of works by the sub-contractors, in-house team, supplier's quality of materials delivered to ensure the efficiency of the works to the highest level in accordance to the drawings and specifications
Responsible and ensuring in preparing and maintaining all site reports/project documents in good order at all time
To update and verify all as built technical drawings in good form

To be successful in this role you will need to have:

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering.
2 years of working experience as IOW In civil construction or infrastructure project.
Willing to travel.
Strong project management skills, good interpersonal skills and ability to provide solution for problem solving. At least 2 years of working experience to be eligible for RAA training requirement.
