Branch Logistics / Vehicle Coordinator / Driver

Location: Volvo (Federal Auto Cars) KL Branch - Jalan Syed Putra

Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and organized Branch Logistics / Vehicle Coordinator / Driver to manage vehicle logistics, inspections and maintenance at the branch level. This role involves ensuring smooth vehicle operations, coordinating transportation and supporting the sales team with ad-hoc tasks. You will be responsible for maintaining vehicle inventory, scheduling maintenance and managing related documentation efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Arrange transportation for vehicle stocks between the principal and branches.
  • Assist with Pre-Delivery Inspections (PDI), stock receiving, transfers and processing damage claims for vehicles.
  • Conduct quality inspections on new vehicle deliveries from the principal’s factory.
  • Perform routine maintenance checks for both new and pre-owned vehicles.
  • Coordinate vehicle stock maintenance following the principal’s guidelines, ensuring cleanliness and readiness for use.
  • Perform daily data management and tracking tasks to ensure accurate and up-to-date vehicle stock records.
  • Manage tracking and storage of pre-owned car inventory and documentation.
  • Support sales consultants with vehicle movements and pre-delivery inspections.
  • Assist with dispatching and collecting company documents and performing other assigned duties.

Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work efficiently.
  • Experience in logistics, vehicle coordination or a similar role is preferred.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance procedures is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
