Job Responsibilities
- Assist the sales team with administrative tasks such as preparing sales documents, quotations, and invoices.
- Coordinate and arrange trips.
- Manage sales-related operations and administrative duties.
- Handle customer payments, sending payment reminders, and updating payment records.
- Provide general administrative support to the sales team to enhance productivity.
Requirements
- SPM leavers are welcome to apply.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
Salary
- RM 1,800 - RM 2,000
Working Hours
- Monday - Friday: 9:00 am - 6pm
- Saturday: 9am - 1pm
