Job Responsibilities

  • Assist the sales team with administrative tasks such as preparing sales documents, quotations, and invoices.
  • Coordinate and arrange trips.
  • Manage sales-related operations and administrative duties.
  • Handle customer payments, sending payment reminders, and updating payment records.
  • Provide general administrative support to the sales team to enhance productivity.

Requirements

  • SPM leavers are welcome to apply.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.

Salary

  • RM 1,800 - RM 2,000

Working Hours

  • Monday - Friday: 9:00 am - 6pm
  • Saturday: 9am - 1pm
