  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

The New Roles

  • Provide tier 1 and tier 2 support for desktop, laptop, and peripheral issues. troubleshoot hardware and software issues on Windows.
  • Install, configure, and maintain desktop operating systems and software applications.
  • Ensure proper configuration of desktop systems to align with organizational security and compliance requirements.
  • Set up new desktops and laptops, including imaging, deployment, and configuration for new users.
  • Plan and execute hardware upgrades and software migrations.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles for both end-users and internal use.
  • Monitor system performance and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Create reports on hardware and software inventory, system issues, and resolutions.
  • Work with other IT teams (network engineers, systems administrators, etc.) to resolve complex technical issues.
  • Assist in maintaining IT infrastructure, such as servers, printers, and storage systems.
