  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Main Task

Manage and handle the accounting processes for the Company.

Job Description

  • Responsible for the full spectrum of accounting duties for the entities as assigned.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial information is accurate and timely.
  • Responsible in preparing monthly management reports in timely manner.
  • Perform financial data analysis to identify trends and variances and preparation of report based on analysis findings.
  • Co-ordinate and assist with internal and external audits.
  • Ensure compliance with all tax regulations and deadlines, including SST.
  • Manage, update, improve and maintain accurate and effective filing and record keeping system.
  • To assist with other ad hoc assignment as and when it is required.

Requirements:

  • At least a Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent or Professional Degree (ACCA/CPA).
  • At least 3-5 years’ working experience, preferably in relevant industries
  • Able to meet deadlines and results oriented
  • Meticulous and able to work under minimum supervision.
  • Highly motivated, positive and pro-active mind set and a team player.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From RM3,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekend jobs
