  • Prepare and manage budgets, control costs, and monitor revenue streams.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase membership and event bookings.

3. Staff Management:

  • Lead recruitment, training, and performance reviews for employees.
  • Maintain strong team morale and ensure smooth coordination between departments.

4. Customer Relations & Membership Growth:

  • Build relationships with members and address their needs and feedback promptly.
