Account cum Finance Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and manage full sets of accounts, including general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
• Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
• Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis to monitor financial performance.
• Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow to ensure financial stability.
• Process invoices, payments, and handle payroll administration in a timely manner.
• Ensure compliance with local accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies.
• Support external audits by preparing documentation and liaising with auditors.
• Assist with ad-hoc financial projects and reports as required by management.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 years of experience in accounting and finance.
• Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, MYOB, or equivalent).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of tax regulations and compliance is an advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
