Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the marketing and product team to understand project requirements and objectives for the post-onboarding utilization drive.
  • Design and create visually appealing marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, infographics, social media graphics, and other collateral.
  • Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines, maintaining a consistent and professional visual identity.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and ideas that align with the overall marketing strategy.
  • Support the development and execution of marketing campaigns, providing design assets and materials as needed.
  • Assist in creating and editing video content for marketing initiatives.
  • Collaborate with external agencies and vendors to ensure high-quality design output and timely delivery of projects.
  • Stay updated with the latest design trends and techniques, incorporating them into the marketing materials to enhance their impact.
  • Support the post onboarding utilization drive with data analytics and metrics, providing insights and recommendations to optimize marketing efforts.
  • Assist in maintaining and updating the marketing asset library, ensuring easy access to design files and resources.
  • Passion for innovation and staying at the forefront of AI advancements in marketing.
Qualifications


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (min 5 years) as a graphic designer, preferably within the financial services industry.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work, including print and digital materials.
  • Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and video editing tools.
  • Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout composition.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Detail-oriented mindset, with a focus on accuracy and quality in all design deliverables.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic knowledge of marketing concepts and strategies, with a willingness to learn and grow in this area.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing platforms and social media channels is a plus.
