Job Summary

The Assistant Affiliate Management Manager responsible is for developing and implementing strategies to improve company sales, demonstrate exceptional leadership skills, and always achieve excellent customer service.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Assisting the manager in organizing, planning, and implementing strategy, ensuring goals of efficiency and customer satisfaction met by sales team.
  • To maintain and develop positive relationship with the patient and business partners; resident doctors, allied services and hospital facilities to help achieve higher customer care and awareness.
  • Implementing all aspects of the PHI Sales Account Management System, including planning, monitoring and measuring all sales-related activities.
  • Manage a portfolio of clients within designated market segments and source business for the hospital.
  • Interface between hospital and partners; build relationship with the partners to create strong business partnership. Develop group and individual hospital affiliate partner plans i.e comprises of account profile account analysis, account strategy, account objectives, account action plan, etc.
  • To organize and coordinate events to stay connected with partners and optimizing business opportunities.
  • Action on Sales Leads.
  • Responsible for growing Unit of Sales (UOS), increase revenue and eliminate revenue and insurance companies/MCOs.
  • To participate in CME / CSR / or any other event as required.
  • Focus on growing and developing existing partners, generating new business ideas to retain partners and generate incremental revenue.
  • To research competitive products and analyze consumer behavior to ensure company objectives meet and exceed clients expectation.
  • Constantly map partner landscape, review growth opportunities and explore new businesses and partner landscape i.e. identify market trends and needs, evaluate competitive landscape, monitor revenue drivers, etc.
  • Prepare Daily and Monthly Sales Report.
  • Prepare Annual / Monthly Sales Visit Plan.
  • Monitor partner’s monthly / yearly cumulative performance and the various revenue driver category performance.
  • Successfully achieve every performance indicators on a monthly basis.

Education Requirement

  • Diploma/Degree in Public Relation / Mass Communication.

Experience / Knowledge Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years working experience in Sales & Marketing.
  • Experience in hospital is an added advantage.
  • Preferably experience in service industry.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Organized and methodical.
  • Good command in speaking and writing in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
  • Computer literate.
  • Ability to lead.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
