Responsibilities

  • Records and maintains inventory for all goods and materials in the warehouse
  • Fills work order requests for materials, and records amounts of materials/items received. Researches, obtains, verifies, and reconciles monthly purchases.
  • Performs data entry and filing tasks for accounts payable, purchase orders, equipment inventory, and confidential employee or departmental files. Receives, records, and distributes packages and mail. Compiles budget data and maintains financial records as requested.
  • Manage and maintain accurate stock records and inventory levels. Process both incoming and outgoing orders efficiently and accurately. Liaise with suppliers, customers, and delivery teams to ensure seamless warehouse operations.
  • Receiving, checking, recording, organising and storing stock as it is received. Taking inventories of stock and products, ensuring that they are safely and properly stored.
  • Co-ordinating the picking, packing and despatch of customer orders with the operational team. Using of company inventory systems and excel spreadsheets to track orders, create reports and manage any issues. Ensuring that all Administration functions are completed on time and accurately.
  • Performs data entry and filing tasks for accounts payable, purchase orders, equipment inventory and departmental files.
  • To support & assist company business pertaining and related to E-commerce/On-line; Day to day operations (system and admin) & packaging and so forth.

Must-Haves

  • Preferably at least 1 year of experience in warehouse administration.
  • Minimum requirement: SPM/Certificate/Diploma.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and familiarity with computer systems.
  • Responsible and meticulous to ensure tasks are completed on time.
  • Willing to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities.
  • Capable of multitasking and filling in where needed.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
