Job Responsibilities

  • Developing HR policies, Employee Handbook and ensuring employees understand and comply.
  • Actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process & managing new employee orientation.
  • Maintain employee records (staff roster, attendance, leave, etc.) according to policy and legal requirements.
  • Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance.
  • Processes Company’s payroll every pay period including overtime pay, benefits and taxes.
  • Performing administrative tasks
  • Liaising with all government agencies to ensure adherence to compliance.

Job Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least Degree / Diploma in Business Administration, Human Resource Management or equivalent.
  • Able to work as team.
  • Relevant experience / training and ability to work with minimum supervision coupled with strong integrity skill.
  • Excellent computer literate in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Power Point)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
