We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Delivery Assistant Manager to join our software engineering team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the Delivery Manager to ensure the smooth execution of software delivery projects, maintaining high standards of service and efficiency.
What you’ll do:-
- Support Delivery Operations: Assist in managing daily delivery operations, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of software products and updates.
- Team Coordination: Work closely with the software engineering team to coordinate tasks, manage schedules, and ensure project milestones are met.
- Client Communication: Act as a liaison between clients and the delivery team, addressing client inquiries and resolving delivery-related issues promptly.
- Project Management: Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring software delivery projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
- Quality Assurance: Collaborate with the QA team to ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and client requirements.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and client communications.
- Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze delivery metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Problem Solving: Identify and resolve any delivery-related issues, such as delays or technical challenges, in a timely and effective manner.
- Process Improvement: Assist in developing and implementing processes to enhance delivery efficiency and quality.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with other departments, such as sales, customer support, and product management, to ensure alignment and successful project outcomes.

- Incident Management: Monitor, track, and manage incidents related to product delivery, ensuring quick resolution and minimal impact on customers.

- Automation and Functional Testing:
- Collaborate with the QA team to design and implement automated testing processes to ensure the quality and functionality of software products.
- Conduct functional testing to validate software features and identify any defects or issues.
- Product Validation and Acceptance Testing
- Coordinate acceptance testing with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure the delivered products meet the agreed-upon specifications and requirements.
- Document and report on acceptance testing results, facilitating final approval and product release.
