Responsibilities:
- Assisting KAM to achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.
- To track and update COP and Expenses.
- To partner Finance to monitor and manage AR & trade disputes.
- To coordinate and submit all needed related to PD launches & Listing Process
- Proactively generate leads and work with team to pursue business relationships with prospective clients.
- Collaboration with marketing and trade marketing on business review, launch presentation, campaigns, and promo evaluation.
- Manage trade return and address root cause with action plan.
- Ensure Operational efficiency, order fulfillment, manage on discontinue / promotion items.
- Carry out trade visits to ensure execution compliance, feedback on competitors launches and activities. - Carry out field coaching with peers and merchandisers.
Requirements:
- Degree in business, Marketing or related field
- Required travel to markets in the regions when necessary
- Possess the qualities of being a team player with pleasant disposition & positive attitude to learn new things.
Experience:
- Minimum 1 year of key account management experience within the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry, preferable in pharmacy chain.
- Acquire Microsoft Excel and Power Point skills.
