We are growing our business and looking for talent who can manage the project of B2B platform product development. This position will be based in another sister brand of us named: Trade42.
- Platform Product Development & Management
- Lead the development and optimization of our B2B platform, working closely with technology, design, and UX teams.
- Define product roadmaps and manage the product lifecycle from concept to launch and beyond, ensuring the platform evolves according to market needs and business goals.
- Monitor and analyze platform performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary updates and features.
- Ensure platform security, scalability, and performance meet industry standards.
- Reseller & Partner Management
- Develop and manage relationships with resellers and platform partners, providing them with the tools, training, and support needed to drive platform adoption and sales.
- Create and implement reseller programs, establishing clear KPIs and incentives to motivate reseller success.
- Monitor reseller performance, gathering feedback to enhance reseller tools and strategies.
- Support resellers with troubleshooting, product knowledge, and best practices.
- Sales Strategy & Support
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement strategies that drive platform adoption and revenue growth.
- Support sales with insights, competitive analysis, and product knowledge to assist in positioning the platform effectively in the market.
- Gather customer feedback through sales interactions and work with the development team to refine platform features based on user needs.
- Track platform sales and performance metrics, providing actionable insights and reports to the leadership team.
- Cross-Department Collaboration
- Work closely with marketing teams to promote platform features and updates, contributing to promotional campaigns and product launches.
- Collaborate with the customer success team to ensure seamless onboarding and training for new users and resellers.
- Coordinate with technical teams to resolve platform issues quickly and efficiently.
- Market & Competitor Research
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential areas for product differentiation.
- Stay informed about industry developments, emerging technologies, and innovations that can enhance the platform’s value proposition.
- Budgeting & Resource Management
- Work with the leadership team to develop and manage the platform’s budget, ensuring cost-effective operations and resource allocation.
- Ensure alignment of platform development and marketing efforts with overall company financial goals.
