This internships is an important position that support Health Analytics team initiatives by contributing to data-driven decision making, profit&growth focus, and efficiency improvement that support PruBSN Health Business Strategic goals. Successful candidate shall work closely with Health Analytics Managers and other stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of each component of these initiatives; business requirements, data preparation, modelling, impact analysis and project managements)

Job Description

  • Documentation and Scoping of business requirement


Assist Managers in defining project scope, objectives and target deliverables

Working closely with business stakeholder to clarify requirement before starting new project

  • Building and enhancing new or current data preparation process, dashboard and model.


Assist in data preparation process that includes reconciliation and EDA

Build/review analytics tools to ensure the insights are align with strategic goal.

  • Analytics to insights to business decision making


Use analytics tools to provide relevant insights around its patterns and trend

  • Data integrity and accuracy


Ensure data accuracy and consistency in all reporting tool that Health Analytics team responsible/work with.

Document data discrepancy and its impact.

Qualification & Requirements

  • Students in Bachelor degree of Computer Science & Engineering, Information System & Engineering, Financial, Mathematics or Actuarial
  • Strong communication skills in both written and verbal
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Expose to Power BI / Phyton / SQL
