  • Assist the Regional Manager in overseeing all aspects of business development initiatives.
  • Provide exceptional customer service across various communication platforms, including email, live chat, and phone calls.
  • Collect customer feedback and promptly report issues, such as application errors, payment complications, and product inquiries, to the supervisor.
  • Assist in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
  • Monitor and facilitate post-sales support for clients.
  • Ensure that payment records are accurate and kept current.

Job Requirements

  • Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, or Postgraduate Diploma in any field.
  • Minimum of 1 year of relevant working experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Customer-oriented with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Highly self-motivated, independent, and a good team player.
  • Ability to communicate results to management in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin is preferred for effective communication with clients in China.
  • Work 5 days a week, including some weekends in shifts.
  • Monthly performance will be measured by KPIs.
  • Must be willing to work in Southkey, JB.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
