- Assist the Regional Manager in overseeing all aspects of business development initiatives.
- Provide exceptional customer service across various communication platforms, including email, live chat, and phone calls.
- Collect customer feedback and promptly report issues, such as application errors, payment complications, and product inquiries, to the supervisor.
- Assist in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
- Monitor and facilitate post-sales support for clients.
- Ensure that payment records are accurate and kept current.
Job Requirements
- Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, or Postgraduate Diploma in any field.
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant working experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Customer-oriented with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Highly self-motivated, independent, and a good team player.
- Ability to communicate results to management in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Mandarin is preferred for effective communication with clients in China.
- Work 5 days a week, including some weekends in shifts.
- Monthly performance will be measured by KPIs.
- Must be willing to work in Southkey, JB.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
