QA & QC Officer ( For automotive enthusiast )

Position Overview:

We are seeking a QA & QC Officer with at least 2 years of experience in quality assurance and quality control, preferably within the automotive industry. The ideal candidate is an automotive enthusiast, motivated to ensure that every car we service meets the highest standards of quality. In this role, you will oversee the quality of all services and products, ensuring they align with Autobarn’s standards for aesthetic protection and automotive solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Quality Assurance (QA):
• Develop and implement quality control and assurance processes for all aesthetic protection services, including detailing, paint protection film (PPF), ceramic coating, and other automotive solutions.
• Ensure all work adheres to industry standards and best practices.
• Conduct regular audits and assessments of processes to maintain consistent quality across all service lines.
• Collaborate with teams to ensure that workflows follow quality protocols, identifying and mitigating potential quality risks.
• Quality Control (QC):
• Inspect vehicles before, during, and after the service process to ensure that they meet Autobarn’s quality standards.
• Perform final quality checks on completed vehicles to ensure no defects or non-conformities.
• Implement corrective actions when necessary to address any quality issues or discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate records of inspections, defects, and corrective measures for future reference and audits.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a QA/QC role, ideally in the automotive or related industries.
• Strong knowledge of automotive detailing, paint protection, or similar services.
• Passion for cars and automotive care, with attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.
• Ability to work independently, with strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.
• Proficiency with quality management tools and techniques.
• Able to work Monday to Saturday.
• Travelling required for this role.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with quality management systems
• Experience with aesthetic protection processes, such as paint protection film (PPF), ceramic coatings, detailing or window tint.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
