  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Quantity Surveyor (QS) to join our team in the Building/Construction/Property industry. The ideal candidate will have 0-3 years of relevant working experience and a strong interest in construction cost management.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist in preparing estimates, budgets, and cost plans for construction projects
  • Conduct quantity take-offs and measurements
  • Analyze and evaluate construction costs
  • Assist in preparing tender documents and contracts
  • Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to ensure cost efficiency
  • Monitor project costs and provide regular updates to stakeholders
  • Assist in resolving cost-related issues and discrepancies
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field
  • 0-3 years of working experience in the Building/Construction/Property industry, Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Knowledge of construction cost management principles and practices
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and other relevant software
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well in a team and meet deadlines

Able to Communicate in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia

Salary: RM2,500.00 - RM 4,000.00 ( Depends on work experience)
