They are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to lead finance team. The successful candidate will oversee all financial activities, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and reporting. This role is responsible for ensuring the financial health of the business via all platforms, managing financial risks, and providing strategic financial insights to support business growth and profitability

Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day financial operations including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management and stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements, including tax filings and audits.
  • Lead the annual budgeting process and provide financial analysis to support decision-making.
  • Monitor and manage financial risks, implementing appropriate controls to safeguard company assets.
  • Manage relationships with external auditors, tax consultants, and other financial partners.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on cost control, pricing strategies, and profitability analysis.
  • Provide financial insights and recommendations to the senior management team to drive business performance.
  • Support finance-related initiatives and participate in system improvements and process automation.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. • CPA or ACCA certification preferred.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in financial management, preferably in FMCG or consumer goods industries.
  • Strong knowledge of Singaporean accounting standards and tax regulations.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Proven leadership skills and experience in managing finance teams.
  • Proficient in financial software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, etc.).
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to work across teams.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
