Deputy Chief Financial Officer

YOUR ROLE

• Plan, implement, and manage the company's overall financial operations, covering financial planning and reporting, accounting standard compliance, audits, taxation, treasury matters, corporate strategy, and internal financial control for the Group.
• Coordinate the development of the annual group budget and reporting processes.
• Ensure timely computation of working capital and funding requirements, monitor cash positions, and advise management/board on expenditures and profit recognition.
• Guarantee compliance with regulatory requirements and internal controls
• Coordinate fundraising activities and maintain communication with bankers, solicitors, and trustees.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

• Professional certifications (e.g., ACCA, CFA)
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• Member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA)
• Experience in mergers and acquisitions, IPO exercises, and fundraising activities (such as sukuk, bridging loans, and term loan facilities)
