We are a leading IT company - Kingsoft Cloud [NASDAQ: KC], currently seeking a dedicated Technical Recruiter to join our Corporate SEA team, based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The recruiter will play a key role in identifying and fulfilling hiring needs across the region.

Key responsibilities include identifying future talent requirements, drafting job descriptions, sourcing candidates via major job platforms and social media, conducting interviews, handling related paperwork, and staying informed on employment laws and regulations. The recruiter will also serve as an advocate for new and current employees, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.

The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills, a keen attention to detail, and a thorough understanding of employment legislation. Additionally, they should be able to assess candidates' skills, experience, and knowledge, ensuring alignment with job requirements and the company’s talent strategy.

Recruiter Responsibilities:

• Identifying future hiring needs and developing job descriptions and specifications.

• Collaborating with managers to compile a consistent list of requirements.

• Attracting suitable candidates through job websites, online employment forums, social media, etc.

• Conducting interviews and sorting through applicants to fill open positions.

• Assessing applicants' knowledge, skills, and experience to best suit open positions.

• Completing paperwork for new hires.

• Promoting the company's reputation and attractiveness as a good employment opportunity.

• Keeping up-to-date on current employment legislation and regulations and enforcing them within the company.

• Providing recruitment reports to team managers.

Recruiter Requirements:

• 5 years and above working experience

• Fluent in Mandarin and English, with strong communication skills to engage with China stakeholders; Bahasa Malaysia proficiency is a plus.

• Bachelor's degree and above.

• The ability to conduct different types of interviews.

• Experience with recruitment processes and databases.

• The ability to design and implement recruiting strategies.

• Excellent communication skills.

• Good interpersonal skills.

• Good decision-making skills.

• A working knowledge of employment law and legislation in SEA region.
