MASSA Associates Sdn. Bhd. has been established as a Certified Company Secretarial & Management Firm in Malaysia to assist business owners (Malaysians and non-Malaysians) to incorporate a company and conduct business legally in Malaysia.

Our Firm provides company secretarial services for more than 20 years of experience and its an approved company secretary by the Companies Commission Malaysia (CCM). We currently focus on providing a platform for registering Sendirian Berhad (private limited) and ready made companies following the rules and regulations as set out in The Companies Act, 1965 and other related to secretarial services. We also provides a full range of support and advisory services to ensure that our clients comply with the relevant legislative requirements at all times.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Company Secretary at MASSA Associates Sdn. Bhd. in Sungai Buloh. The Assistant Company Secretary will be responsible for supporting the Company Secretary in daily administrative tasks, maintaining statutory books, assisting in compliance matters, and preparing board meeting documents.

Qualifications
