  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Summary:

  1. Be part of the growing eCommerce Team managing several brands in both Singapore and Malaysia. We are building a team for the long term and are looking for individuals that are keen on eCommerce.

Job Responsibilities:

  1. To assist with the managing of existing and new eCommerce accounts across various marketplaces (Lazada, Shopee, eBay, Amazon) and owned sites.
  2. To learn and assist with all marketing activities revolving around eCommerce including mail chimp and chat broadcast.
  3. Attend phone queries, WhatsApp text, online platform enquiries and email especially on campaign days (12am Replies only on campaign days).
  4. Planning/execution of product launches across platforms.
  5. Take part in all platform campaigns.
  6. Assisting with preparations of photo edit with company standard.
  7. In platform advertising.
  8. Performance Marketing.
  9. Achieve all key metrics set monthly/quarterly/yearly.
  10. Ensure all content (pages, products, and prices, etc.) are displayed accurately, up to date and in line with guidelines/references always.
  11. Resolve any operational issues from online marketplaces.
  12. Communicate with followers, respond to queries promptly especially on campaign days and monitor customer review.
  13. Replenishment and coordinating pickups from the designated logistics partners.
  14. Assist with other duties where applicable.

Job Requirements:

  1. Degree/Diploma.
  2. Knowledge of MS Excel, V-Lookup, Adobe Photoshop/ Illustrator.
  3. Energetic, collaborative and results-oriented.
  4. IT savvy and quick learner to pick up new skills in operations system.
  5. Effective time management skills and the ability to multi-task.
  6. Meticulous with an eye for details and numbers.
  7. Professional and proactive work ethics.
