About The Job
- Evaluation and identification of sites for opening new stores and for business development purposes.
- Perform market research and competitor analysis.
- Negotiate with landlords and finalize locations based on the structured expansion strategy and annual plan.
- Build rapport with retail property landlords and management to ensure maximum commercial returns.
- Maximize business growth and sales through partner stores.
- Oversee store operations and manage the financial accounts of retail partners.
- Manage and promote a sales culture within partner stores to achieve or exceed sales targets, KPIs, and profitability goals.
- Execute business development and leasing activities that align with the company’s core values, achieve set objectives, and promote brand standards.
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Estate Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of retail operations or partner store experience, with 2-3 years in a similar position with a global brand and a proven track record in retail store expansion.
- Driven, ambitious, and results-oriented character.
- Strong communication skills and leadership qualities.
- Extensive network with landlords and retail property owners.
