Responsibilities:
* Develop new business opportunities with potential customers at all stages of the sales cycle including targeting, prospecting, and presenting business propositions.
* Generating leads by visiting builders, architects, interior designers, and construction companies/ sites.
* Should be able to understand, manage and interpret customer requirements.
* To meet prospective clients and give presentations on the company’s products and services to clients.
* Screen potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, potential, and financials.
* Executing sales plans devised by the management / contributing towards the growth of business revenue.
* Should generate sales leads for the allocated territory and meet/exceed sales goals.
* Establish a good relationship with prospective clients and close sales for revenue generation.
* Should Protect the organization’s value by keeping information confidential.
* To complete a daily/weekly log of all activities
* Maintain a harmonious relationship with customers from order booking to handover.
Candidate requirements:
* Driving License: Mandatory
* Qualification: Graduation/Post Graduation
* Should possess excellent communication skills,
* Should be Fluent in English and Mandarin
* Min years 2 to 5 years of experience (B2C preferable)
* Any industry
