  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Position: Finance Manager

Location: Cyberjaya, Malaysia

Job Summary

  • Manage a full set of management accounts, including budgeting, cash flow analysis, and forecasting.
  • Ensure proper documentation and organization of financial records for easy retrieval and audit preparedness.
  • Oversee and verify daily payments to contractors, consultants, and suppliers, ensuring compliance with operating and accounting procedures.
  • Check and verify inter company, contractor, and supplier invoices for compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Manage taxation matters, including preparation and timely filing of tax returns.
  • Stay up to date on tax regulations to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.
  • Collaborate with auditors for annual audits and ensure compliance with financial reporting standards.
  • Assist in the preparation of management accounts and provide insights through financial reports to support the company’s decision making process.
  • Provide financial reports and advice to the Managing Director on an ad hoc basis.
  • Contribute to the overall effectiveness and efficiency of the finance department by performing other related duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
  • Skills: Strong financial acumen, MS Office, SQL, excellent communication, and analytical skills.
  • Languages: Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English.

Experience:

  • Experience in full set of management accounts is advantageous.
  • Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
