1.Admin:
- Basic administrative work.
- Preparing online supplier and sundry payments.
- Maintain payment records & supplier communication files, in both soft & hard copy.
- Maintain and file credit card slips with settlement slip and merchant statement.
- Submit monthly payment and bank statement to accounting team.
2. Operations:
- To monitor front desk and answer phone calls and receive visitors.
- To overlook purchasing of supplies for the Company.
- To overlook internal purchases and to ensure smooth Company operations.
3. Human Resource:
- Maintain HR records and update employee file.
Required attitude / skills / knowledge:
- Diploma in accounting, business administration or management related training.
- Professional communication skills especially in replying to messages & emails.
- Matured, disciplined and responsible in completing the task in detail.
- Knowledgeable in MICROSOFT OFFICE, especially email system (Outlook) basic computer usage.
- Should be able to multi-task and work well independently and as well as a team.

- About the Institute and course details.
- Company filling system and supplier details.
- Student and Client registration, activation process and student affair details.s well as a team.
Highlight:
- Working Hours: Tuesday to Saturday from 09.00 am to 6.00 pm, and alternate Sundays.
- Closed on Mondays and alternate Sundays and on FT Public Holidays.
- Fixed weekend allowance of RM 500 / month
