- Measure and report response times and customer satisfaction monthly
- Update customer information in the company's database
- Knowledge of Customer Service Representative (CSR) roles or related fields, with 1 year of required experience as a CSR
- Experience in the furniture or related industry, along with an understanding of furniture manufacturing processes and materials
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong negotiation abilities and a proven track record of achieving customer service targets
- Collaboration with internal teams and staying updated on industry trends and competitors
- Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia, English
- 3-month contract basis with potential for a permanent role based on performance
- Diploma/Advanced Diploma preferred
- Willingness to travel and work outdoors as needed
