Human Resource Executive
Recruitment and Onboarding:- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs.- Conduct interviews and facilitate the hiring process.- Coordinate orientation and onboarding programs for new employees.- Promote a respectful and inclusive workplace culture.- Assist and monitor and evaluate employee performance reviews.- Identify training needs and coordinate learning initiatives.- Maintain employee records and HR databases.- Process payroll and manage benefits administration.- Ensure compliance with labor regulations and internal policies.- Develop and update HR policies and procedures
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.- Proven experience as an HR Executive or similar role.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.- Positive working attitude and responsible- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.- Candidates who are fluent in Mandarin are preferred because the role requires candidates to interact with Mandarin-speaking clients.
