- Understand customer enquiries and ensure they are answered or routed through the appropriate support channel.
- Provide constructive feedback on tools, resources, procedures, and guidelines to enhance workflow and the customer experience.
- Education- SPM and above (SPM, Foundation, Diploma, Degree etc)
- Experience is not required (Customer service experience is an advantage)
- Language- English, Mandarin
- Tolerance for repetitive work in a fast-paced, high-production work environment
- Ability to rotate shifts, as needed.
