Talent Acquisition

  • To assist for recruitment activities such as matching of suitable candidates with job openings
  • Responsible for sourcing, screening, shortlisting, and interviewing of candidates, and perform detailed reference checks
  • Manage onboarding and new hire process
  • Perform business development and talent acquisition, including but not limited to cold-calling, advertising, marketing, industry networking events and recruitment fair, in a timely and accurate manner
  • Coordinate with Hiring Managers to identify staffing needs and recruitment process
  • Organize and attende job fairs, on campus interview and recruitment event
  • Liaising and the main contact for Top TVET institutions and Universities in Malaysia to attract and secure potential candidates
  • Work out on collaborations with few ministries such as MOE, MOHE, KPLB and others to fill in manpower shortage
  • To identify creative and innovative recruitment solutions to attract quality and appropriate level of candidates
  • Responsible for key in recruitment data in Microsoft Excel and ensure data is accurate
  • Prepare daily/weekly/monthly report in Microsoft Excel and Power Point required by Superior
  • To handle any ad hoc assignment by the superior

Learning and Development

  • Conduct lively onboarding briefings for new employees, ensuring a warm welcome and a seamless transition into our vibrant culture.
  • Coordinate both internal and external training activities, managing HRD Corp applications and ensuring our team is equipped with the best external resources.
  • Develop captivating internal training programs, mentoring new internal trainers and ensuring the accuracy and effectiveness of our training materials.
  • Administer and maintain our Internal Learning & Development system, ensuring smooth operation and accessibility to all employees.
  • Maintain meticulous and up-to-date training and assessment records, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
  • Perform data analysis and prepare detailed training reports, providing valuable insights and evaluating the effectiveness of our initiatives.

Compensation & Benefits (EP/PVP Management)

  • Handle EP/PVP quota application
  • Handle EP/PVP visa application
  • Handle tax account registration, tax refund and clearance of EP/PVP
  • Handle PVP monthly payroll and other mandatory registration by Government

Employee Relations

  • Plan, coordinate and execute end-to-end corporate events, including, but not limited to employee engagement events, employee wellness initiatives and seasonal festive events to foster a positive work environment.
  • Prepare employee engagement proposals with budget estimates, objectives, and anticipated outcomes.
  • Assist in managing overall logistical aspects of transformation events including catering, equipment setup and transportation
  • Coordinate with vendors to procure necessary materials and resources for activities.
  • Track inventory for materials and supplies and manage budgets and expenses related to initiatives.
  • Ensure financial accountability and adherence to budgetary guidelines.
  • Arrange venues for events, coordinating with internal teams and external vendors.
  • Maintain records of venue bookings, equipment inventory, and related expenses.
  • Provide updates to project leads and finance teams to ensure accurate budget tracking.
  • Creating promotional materials, including gifts and communications for employee engagement events.
  • Coordinate with internal communication channels to disseminate information about engagement initiatives.
  • Develop engaging content for social media platforms and internal communication channels.
  • Solicit employee testimonials and success stories to inspire participation in engagement activities.
  • Must willing to work in Port Klang Selangor
  • Bachelor Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, Social Sciences or other relevant and related field
  • Minimum 2 years of working experience in the Human Resource/Admin or relevant field and experiences
  • Microsoft Office proficiency i.e :- Microsoft Excel, Word and Power Point. Proficiency in HRIS is an added advantage
  • Demonstrated empathy for employees, an open mindset and commitment for continuous improvement

  • Outstanding organizational skills coupled with a keen eye for detail
  • Fast learner and able to work under pressure to meet the deadline
  • Required languages: Bahasa Malaysia, English. Mandarin speaker will be an added advantage
