Your responsibilities will also include incident management, application maintenance & monitoring, vendor management, compliance & security oversight, driving continuous improvement & innovation, budgeting & resource allocation, customer & stakeholder communication, administration & functional controls, enterprise risk management and project management.
The ideal candidate for the Head of Application Support position brings a wealth of experience in IT application support along with strong leadership skills. You have proven experience in managing SST applications or payment processing systems and are familiar with compliance frameworks like PCI DSS, EMV. Your deep knowledge of ATM software, networking and backend systems will be crucial in this role. You have experience with monitoring tools, automation frameworks and ticketing systems. Your strong leadership skills enable you to manage a technical team effectively while your excellent communication skills allow you to articulate technical issues to non-technical stakeholders.
