Responsibilities:

  • Develop the sale and marketing strategy
  • Work with the Country GM in business development initiatives
  • Collaborate with the Country GM, Logistic Manager, and other related parties to design new logistics solutions (Specifically for inland logistics/inland transportation/trucking logistics solutions) that improve efficiency and sustainability
  • Prepare proposals for customers and for company’s management
  • Prepare periodic reports to update management
  • Ensure the sales budget is achieved
  • Propose actions in response to market changes
  • Execute the sales and marketing program to meet expected deliverables
  • Coach and manage the sales and customer service team
  • Work with the logistics and operations team to ensure commitments to customers are successfully delivered

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering, Business Administration, Marine, Logistics, or Supply Chain
  • Fluent presentation skills, as well as strong communication abilities
  • Experience in sales and marketing in inland logistics, inland transportation, trucking logistics, sea freight, contract logistics, logistics solutions, or cross-border operations
  • At least 3 years of experience managing commercial, sales, and marketing functions
  • Excellent analytical skills and reporting capabilities
  • Strong interpersonal skills, problem-solving abilities, prioritization, proactive handling, and teamwork skills with the ability to meet deadlines
  • Able to travel frequently
