Responsibilities:
- Develop the sale and marketing strategy
- Work with the Country GM in business development initiatives
- Collaborate with the Country GM, Logistic Manager, and other related parties to design new logistics solutions (Specifically for inland logistics/inland transportation/trucking logistics solutions) that improve efficiency and sustainability
- Prepare proposals for customers and for company’s management
- Prepare periodic reports to update management
- Ensure the sales budget is achieved
- Propose actions in response to market changes
- Execute the sales and marketing program to meet expected deliverables
- Coach and manage the sales and customer service team
- Work with the logistics and operations team to ensure commitments to customers are successfully delivered
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering, Business Administration, Marine, Logistics, or Supply Chain
- Fluent presentation skills, as well as strong communication abilities
- Experience in sales and marketing in inland logistics, inland transportation, trucking logistics, sea freight, contract logistics, logistics solutions, or cross-border operations
- At least 3 years of experience managing commercial, sales, and marketing functions
- Excellent analytical skills and reporting capabilities
- Strong interpersonal skills, problem-solving abilities, prioritization, proactive handling, and teamwork skills with the ability to meet deadlines
- Able to travel frequently
