  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Role Overview:

We are seeking a Head of Partnerships and Commercial Strategy to lead our commercialisation efforts. This key leadership role in an early stage startup is perfect for someone with a strong commercial media background who excels at building strategic partnerships and driving revenue growth. If you are passionate about purpose-driven work and have a proven track record in media, advertising, or content monetisation, this role offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of PAYGAP.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a commercial strategy to drive revenue growth and secure strategic partnerships with media advertisers, agencies, and corporates.
  • Collaborate with the product team to package and pitch offerings tailored to partner needs.
  • Act as the primary liaison with key partners, fostering long-term, value-driven relationships.
  • Lead market expansion efforts into Asia and North America by establishing strategic partnerships.
  • Build and lead a commercial team as the business scales, starting independently to establish initial strategies.

  • 8+ years in senior commercial roles within advertising, media, or related sectors.
