Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Executive located in Puchong. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for overseeing HR management, operations, employee relations, HR policies, and overall human resources functions within the organization.
Responsibilities
- Handle all HR and admin initiatives which include payroll administrative, recruitment, training & development, employee relations, compensation & benefits, performance management, disciplines issues, preparation of HR documentation & reports.
- Assist in develop, implement & maintain Human Resource policies and procedures.
- Responsible for employees’ compensation and benefit including but not limited to monthly payroll, claims and allowances.
- Responsible in recruitment activities including prepare job posting for vacancies, schedule interviews for job applicants and interview applicants.
- Prepare HR related correspondence and documentation with careful attention to legal requirement and HR practice such as employment contract, confirmation letter, warning letter, termination letter, memo, notice, policy and etc.
- Maintain proper and updated employee record such as personal files, employment contract, employment status, personal details, employee’s CV updates, health and medical insurance and etc in hard copy and in HR system.
- Responsible for conducting new employee orientation and employees on boarding and off-boarding workflows.
- Responsible to follow through staff performance evaluation program in order to develop talent management
- Provides counseling to problem employees pertaining to disciplinary matters such as misconduct, absenteeism, breach of contract & handling staff welfare and engagement activities.
- Liaison with external parties on HR matters such as statutory bodies, Immigration, JTK, IR legal issues, including renewal, application or submission of relevant documentation related to those external parties.
- Maintain and ensure HR ISO policies, procedures and forms are updated.
- Preparation of monthly reports based on HR-related metrics.
- Assist audit in ensuring relevant compliance of relevant Labour Law
- Assist to strengthen internal communication, feedback to superior timely and provide suggestion.
- Other additional and ad hoc task assigned by superior.
Qualifications
- HR Management, HR Operations, and Employee Relations skills
- Knowledge of HR policies and human resources practices
- Experience in HR strategic planning and implementation
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with Malaysian labor laws and regulations
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
