- Planning to assist effectively and efficiently by achieving the sales target set and meet company’s targets and policies in an effective and efficient manner.
- Provide suggestive and constructive idea for increasing revenue.
- To assist in conducting daily briefing on sales achievement / budget, product launch and promotions, etc.
- Guide and ensure team member's daily routine, personal grooming, daily or weekly housekeeping, organize all stock according the designed location and follow up the goods expiry date.
- To ensure the progress of qualifying standards, in term of customer service, healthy working environment and safety at the work place are met.
- Coordinate sales training for juniors and conducting on the job training for them.
- Walk the sales floor regularly, as to ensure smooth work flow, through the completion of the tasks relatively on Weekly action instruction, Store promotion, Stock receive / consolidation and the Display of merchandise etc.
- Ensure that stock receive in correct quantities and promptly reported on any discrepancy and daily replenishment are being carried out.
- Any other duties assigned by the Retail /Store Manager
- Willing to travel to KL for temporary training purposed before the store open.
- Proven experience as a Retail Supervisor or similar supervisory role in a retail environment.
- Strong leadership abilities with the capacity to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent customer service skills and a passion for delivering an exceptional customer experience.
- Solid understanding of retail operations, including sales techniques, inventory management, and visual merchandising.
- Proficient in using point-of-sale (POS) systems and other retail software applications.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and handle multiple priorities effectively.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the business.
