Job Responsibilities:
- Pre-Livestream:
- Assist in setting up equipment, including cameras, microphones, and lighting.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholder, ensuring they are prepared and briefed on the livestream schedule/objective.
- Organize all necessary materials, such as scripts, graphics, and promotional content.
- Set-up for livestream table/decoration, ensure the sample SKUs & props are well prepared.
- During Livestream:
- Monitor the livestream feed, checking for quality issues such as audio sync or video lag.
- Manage chat and audience interaction, highlighting key comments or questions for the host.
- Troubleshoot minor technical issues and escalate problems to the producer as needed.
- Post-Livestream:
- Help with the breakdown and storage of equipment.
- Compile and report audience engagement metrics and feedback.
Others:
-Liaise with KAM/CM on the sample SKUs allocation for livestream showcase & return process.
-Ensure the equipment & SKUs are safe keeping in digital studio.
-Purchase props, tools & etc for livestream purposes.
- As backup host when necessary.
- Any others task assign by superior.
Job Requirements:
- Experience in video production, livestreaming, or related fields.
- Basic technical skills with livestreaming equipment and software.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.
- Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities.
- Preferably to start the internship November 2024 onwards.
