Job Overview:

As a Customer Service Associate, you will be the first point of contact for our patients and the public. Your role will involve handling inquiries, scheduling appointments, and providing essential information. Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer service by understanding and addressing callers' needs.
  • Offer accurate and timely information and assistance.
  • Schedule and reschedule appointments based on caller requests.
  • Perform hotline administrative functions such as managing emails, referral requests, and emergency activations.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure efficient follow-up and resolution of inquiries.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma in any discipline (fresh graduates are welcome).
  • Preferably 1 to 2 years of experience in the healthcare industry, contact centre environment, or service-related industry.
  • Fluent in English and Mother Tongue, both spoken and written.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a pleasant and cheerful personality.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced working environment.
  • Proficient in computer use with good typing skills.
  • Capable of multitasking and handling stressful situations.
  • Willingness to work on rotating shifts, including overnight shifts, public holidays and weekends.
