Position : IT Infrastructure Assistant

Responsibilities

Monitoring and configuring network infrastructure (internal).
Monitoring/configuring and installation of firewall,
Establishing VPN.
Monitoring LIS System (Lake Image System).
Monitoring/configuring industrial pc.
Monitoring and configuring server (Windows and Linux)
Monitoring and configuring IPPBX (Grand stream) and PABX (ARISTLE)
Monitoring and configuring access card system (CASTLE)
Monitoring and configuring workstation both Windows and Linux based
Establish SFTP and FTP connection for SFTP server.
Installation any software and hardware
Cabling and termination RJ49, patch panel, cable management for Data center.
Configuring/installation both client and relay for Bit Defender antivirus software
Access Point configuration 2.4GHz and 5.0GHz for both Guest and Office use.
Disaster Recovery implementation.

Requirements

Candidate must possess at least Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology /Network or equivalent;
At least 2 years of IT experience for architecture design and deployment, systems lifecycle management and infrastructure planning and operations.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply;

Excellent problem-solving skill;
Willing to travel to customer site (local & overseas) when required;
Experience in areas such as network design and administration, data center operations, database administration, and systems programming and administration
Understanding of ITIL practices
Ability to think logically and demonstrate strong analytical and problem solving skills
Ability to manage internal and external projects from inception to completion
Expertise in setting and managing customer expectations
Skill in conceptualizing creative solutions as well as documenting them and presenting them to senior management
Strong knowledge and understanding of business needs with ability to establish and maintain a high level of customer trust and confidence
